Due to the nature of these offerings, all payments are deemed non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error for the same service; or

  • A technical issue on our part resulted in non-delivery or inaccessibility of the purchased service.
